Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo de inflado para una bolsa de protección contra choque, inflable, para vehículo, que comprende primero y segundo componentes estructurales, incluyendo uno del primero y del segundo componentes estructurales un primer cilindro que se suelda a una superficie de acoplamiento en el otro de los componentes estructurales, para definir una primera cámara, incluyendo uno del primero y segundo componentes estructurales, un segundo cilindro que se suelda a una superficie de acoplamiento en el otro de los componentes estructurales, y que es concéntrica y está hacia afuera del primer cilindro para definir una segunda cámara entre el primero y segundo cilindros, una composición sólida generadora de gas, colocada en la primera cámara y que funciona al encenderse para producir gas, un medio que incluye un medio tubular perforado dentro de la primera cámara y material de encendido dentro del miembro tubular para encender la composición sólida generadora de gas, estando el medio de encendido libre de unión a uno de los componentes estructurales, estando el primero y segundo miembros estructurales conectados solamente por dos juntas soldadas, un medio de apertura en el primer cilindro para dirigir el gas producido en la primera cámara hacia la segunda cámara, un medio en la segunda cámara para filtrar el gas, y un medio de portillo de salida en el segundo cilindro para el flujo del gas hacia afuera del gas del dispositivo de inflado.
