Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a procedimiento para la obtención de resinas intercambiadoras de iones que están cargadas con derivados del ácido quinoloncarboxílico de la fórmula (I), caracterizado porque se lleva a cabo mediante el tratamiento de las resinas intercambiadoras de iones con soluciones o suspensiones de derivados del ácido quinolcarboxílico de la fórmula (I) en agua o en disolventes polares. Resinas intercambiadoras de iones, que están cargadas con derivados del ácido quinoloncarboxílico de la fórmula (I), caracterizadas porque se emplean para mejorar el sabor así como para la administración retardada de los derivados del ácido quinolocarboxílico de la fórmula (I).
