Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para recuperar un metal que se selecciona de los metales nobles y bismuto, de una aleación que contiene plomo y el metal que consiste de fundir la aleación en un horno, inyectar hacia la fusión una corriente de gas que contiene oxígeno, oxidando de esta manera el plomo para formar una escoria de óxido de plomo, cuya corriente se enfría mediante un protector anular de un gas refrigerante, y separar la escoria de la superficie de la fusión, caracterizado en que el gas que contiene oxígeno y un primer gas refrigerante se inyectan hacia la fusión a través de una lanza consumible alargada, formada de un primer tubo alargado para el gas que contiene oxígeno, y un segundo tubo alargado, colocado anularmente alrededor del primer tubo, para el primer gas refrigerante, en donde la lanza consumible se extiende longitudinalmente de sí mismo desde el interior al exterior del horno a través de un tubo de guía de lanza que se proporciona en una pared del honor, que es capaz de alimentarse longitudinalmente desde el exterior al interior del horno, a través del tubo de guía, a medida que la lanza se consume en el horno, y en donde una corriente de un segundo gas se inyecta a través del tubo de guía hacia el horno, para sellar la lanza.
