Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la producción de 19-epi-dianemicina que consiste en cultivar Streptomyces hygroscopicus Colleción Americana de Tipos de Cultivos ATCC 39205 (American Type Culture Collection) en un medio nutritivo acuoso que contiene fuents asimilables de carbono, nitrógeno y sales inorgánicas bajo condiciones aerobias hasta que se produce una cantidad sustancial de 19-epi-dianemicina.
