Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una preparación farmacéutica de liberación sostenida que se caracteriza porque comprende la mezcla de: a) un medicamento con recubrimiento de pared simple o sin recubrimiento; y b) unidades múltiples de micropartículas del medicamento recubierto que comprende un núcleo de dicho medicamento recubierto con un recubrimiento entérico microencapsular de pared interior que no se disuelve o dispersa rápidamente en el estomago sino que se disuelve o dispersa en los intestinos y un recubrimiento de control microencapsular de pared exterior que no se disuelve o dispersa rápidamente en los intestinos, sino que permite la liberación de dicho medicamento a través del recubrimiento microencapsular mencionado.
