Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para la preparación de un poliol que tiene un peso equivalente de 200 a 4000 mediante lareacción de un compuesto monoeposi con un iniciador que contiene al menos dos grupos que contiene hidrógeno activo por molécula, en presencia de un catalizador, caracterizado porque el catalizador es seleccionado de bario, estroncio y sus óxidos, hidróxidos, hidróxidos hidratados o sales monohidróxido, o mezclas de éstos.
