Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un producto de yogurt, distribuible por aerosol, estable en el anaquel, que contiene un sistema estabilizador caracterizado porque comprende: (a) al menos un 50 por ciento en peso de celulosa microcristalina, (b) de un 2 a un 20 por ciento en peso de carboximetilcelulosa y (c) de un 2 a un 20 por ciento en peso de una goma o coloide hidrofílico, estos porcentajes en peso se basan cada uno en el peso total del sistema estabilizador.
