Abstract

네오트레할로오스를 유효성분으로 함유하는 생체에 에너지를 보급하는 조성물을 개시하고 있다. 네오트레할로오스는 이당류이기 때문에 조성물중에 사용했을 경우 단당류를 사용했을 경우보다 2배나 많은 에너지를 보급할 수 있다. 네오트레할로오스는 비환원성을 가지고 있기 때문에 비교적 장기간 안정한 조성물을 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (17)

  1. 네오트레할로오스를 함유하는 생체의 에너지 보급용 당.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고형물당 네오트레할로오스를 50w/w% 이상 함유하는 당.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 네오트레할로오스가 시럽 또는 분말 형태인 당.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 네오트레할로오스가 결정 네오트레할로오스인 당.
  5. 네오트레할로오스를 유효성분으로 함유하는 생체의 에너지 보급용 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 건조 고형물 기중으로 네오트레할로오스를 10w/w% 이상 함유하는 조성물.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 단백질, 아미노산, 당, 비타민, 미네랄, 항생물질, 효소, 호르몬, 사이토카인 및 이들의 혼합물로 된 군으로부터 선택된 한가지 이상을 추가로 함유하는 조성물.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 인간 및 동물에게 경구투여 또는 비경구 투여되는 조성물.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 수액제 형태인 조성물.
  10. 제5항에 있어서, 사용량은 네오트레할로오스 고형물 중량 기준으로 성인 1인당 하루에 1~1,000g의 범위인 조성물.
  11. (가)네오트레할로오스 수용액을 제조하고, (나)수득한 네오트레할로오스 수용액으로부터 발열물질을 제거하여 정제한 후, (다)수득한 용액을 용기에 충전하는 공정단계로 된 네오트레할로오스를 유효성분으로 함유하는 생체의 에너지 보급용 조성물 제조방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 공정단계(가)에서의 네오트레할로오스 수용액을 결정 네오트레할로오스를 사용하여 제조하는 제조방법.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 조성물중의 네오트레할로오스 함량이 약 1~40w/w%인 제조방법.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 공정단계(가)에 있어서 단백질, 아미노산, 당, 비타민, 미네랄, 항생물질, 효소, 호르몬, 사이토카인 및 이들의 혼합물로 된 군으로부터 선택된 한가지 이상을 수용액에 첨가하는 공정단계를 추가로 포함하는 제조방법.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 조성물은 인간 및 동물에게 비경구 투여되는 것인 제조방법.
  16. 제11항에 있어서, 조성물의 사용량은 네오트레할로오스 고형물 중량 기준으로 성인 1인당 하루에 약 1~500g의 범위인 제조방법.
  17. 제11항에 있어서, 조성물은 수액제 형태인 제조방법.
