Abstract
환원성을 가진 전분 부분 가수분해물에 비환원성 당류 생성 효소를 작용시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 따라 제조된 트레할로오스는 에너지 보충 당류원으로 유리하게 사용되고, 에너지 보충 조성물에 유효 성분으로서 유리하게 사용된다. 이 당류원과 조성물을 부착용을 유발할 우려없이 생체에 에너지를 보충하기 위한 의약 조성물로 적절히 사용할 수 있다.

Claims (11)
- 유효성분으로서의 당류(들)를 필수 구성 성분으로 하는 에너지 보충 당류원에 있어서, 상기 당류는 환원성을 가진 전분 부분 가수분해물에 비환원성의 당류 생성효소를 작용시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 따라 제조된 트레할로오스인 것을 개선점으로 하는 에너지 보충 당류원.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전분 부분 가수분해물은 글루코오스 중합도가 3 이상인 에너지 보충 당류원.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트레할로오스는 (가)환원성을 가진 전분 부분 가수 분해물의 용액에 비환원성 당류 생성 효소를 작용시키고, (나)는 수득한 당액을 강산성 양이온 교환수지를 사용하는 칼럼 크로마토그래피 처리하여 트레할로오스의 순도를 크게 하여 제조되는 것인 에너지 보충 당류원.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 당액은 건조 고형분기준으로 트레할로오스를 20∼80w/w%함유하는 것인 에너지 보충 당류원.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경구 투여 또는 비경구 투여와 관련된 에너지 보충 당류원.
- 제1항에 있어서, 건조 고형분 기준으로 트레할로오스를 최소한 50w/w%함유하는 에너지 보충 당류원.
- 당류를 유효성분으로함 유하는 에너지 보충 조성물에 있어서, 상기 당류는 환원성을 가진 전분 부분 가수분해물에 비환원성의 당류 생성 효소를 작용시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 따라 제조된 트레할로오스인 것을 개선점으로 하는 에너지 보충 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 전분 부분 가수분해물은 글루코오스 중합도가 3 이상인 에너지 보충 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 트레할로오스는 (가)환원성을 가진 전분 부분 가수 분해물의 용액에 비환원성 당류 생성 효소를 작용시키고, (나)는 수득한 당액을 강산성 양이온 교환수지를 사용하는 칼럼 크로마토그래피 처리하여 트레할로오스의 순도를 크게 하여 제조되는 것인 에너지 보충 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 건조 고형분 기준으로 트레할로오스를 최소한 10w/w%함유하는 것인 에너지 보충 조성물.
