Abstract

Procedeul, conform invenţiei, constă în aceea că stratul elastomeric exterior este obţinut într-o bloc-formă de turnare, având o suprafaţă turnată (2), o parte (3) a căreia este protejată prin intermediul unei măşti (4), primul material elastomeric (7) fiind pulverizat pe suprafaţa turnată (2), după ce masca (4) este înlăturată şi pe partea (3) a suprafeţei turnate (2) este pulverizat al doilea material elastomeric (9).Marginile (11) ale măştii sunt amplasate pe vârful marginilor (13), amplasate vertical, ale suprafeţei turnate (2) astfel, ca joncţiunea dintre ambele materiale elastomerice (7,9) să se afle pe marginile (13), amplasate vertical, adică în adâncitura exterioară a stratului elastomeric exterior, terminându-se cu o linie de separare vizuală estetică.
