Abstract

Inventia se refera la chimie si biotehnologie, si anume, la sinteza unui compus coordinativ nou din clasa salicilidenaminoalcoolatilor metalelor de tranzitie si la un procedeu de cultivare a cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis. Se revendica: un compus coordinativ, bromo-{3-[(2-hidroxi-5-nitro-benziliden)-amino]-propan-1,2-dihidroxi}(1-)cupru cu formula:si un procedeu de cultivare a cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis, care include cultivarea pe un mediu nutritiv Zarrouk, ce contine, g/L: NaNO3 - 2,5; NaHCO3 - 16,8; NaCl - 1,0; K2SO4- 1,0; K2HPO4- 0,5; MgSO4·7H2O - 0,2; CaCl2 - 0,04; FeSO4·7H2O - 0,01; EDTA - 0,08; H3BO3 - 0,00286; MnCl2·4H2O - 0,00181; ZnSO4 ·7H2O - 0,00022; CuSO4·5H2O - 0,00008; MoO3 - 0,000015 si apa distilata pana la 1L, la pH 9,5…10,0, la o temperatura de 30…32°C, iluminare de 2000…3000 lx, totodata, in a 2-a zi de cultivare se adauga compusul coordinativ mentionat, in concentratie de 5…6 mg/L. Rezultatul tehnic consta in majorarea continutului de cupru in biomasa cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis pana la 10,39…11,14 mg%, precum si diminuarea duratei de cultivare pana la 7 zile.
