Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un compus chimic nou în calitate de regulator al conţinutului de fier la cultivarea biomasei de Spirulina platensis utilizată în medicină şi industria alimentară.Se revendică un compus chimic, şi anume heptaazotat de hexa-(µ-β-alanin-(O,O′))-µ3-oxo-tri(aqua)trifier(III) 3,5-hidrat, în calitate de regulator al conţinutului de fier la cultivarea biomasei cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis.De asemenea, se revendică un procedeu de obţinere a biomasei de Spirulina platensis, care include prepararea mediului nutritiv ce conţine, g/l: NaHCO3 16,8; K2HPO4·3H2O 1,0; NaNO3 2,5, NaCl 1,0; K2SO4 1,0; CaCl2·6H2O 0,04; MgSO4·7H2O 0,20; H3BO3 0,00286; MnCl2·4H2O 0,00181; ZnSO4·7H2O 0,00022; CuSO4·5H2O 0,00008; MoO3 0,000015 şi apă restul. Pentru inoculare se utilizează 0,4 g/l suspensie de Spirulina platensis şi se cultivă în decurs de 6 zile, la temperatura de 30…35°C, cu o iluminare de 3000…4800 lx şi pH-ul mediului 9,5…10,0. Suplimentar în mediul nutritiv se adaugă heptaazotat de hexa-(µ-β-alanin-(O,O′))-µ3-oxo-tri(aqua)trifier(III) 3,5-hidrat 0,04…0,05 g/l, porţionat, în primele 4 zile de cultivare.
