Abstract
Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, şi anume la un procedeu de obţinere a biomasei cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis cu un conţinut sporit de zinc şi poate fi aplicată în industria alimentară şi farmaceutică, precum şi în medicina clinică şi experimentală.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include inocularea cianobacteriei în cantitate de 0,40…0,45 g/L într-un mediu nutritiv ce conţine, g/L: NaHCO3 16,8, K2HPO4 .3H2O 1,0, NaNO3 2,5, NaCl 1,0, K2SO4 1,0, CaCl2 .6H2O 0,04, MgSO4 .7H2O 0,20, H3BO3 0,00286, MnCl2 .4H2O 0,00181, CuSO4 .5H2O 0,00008, MoO3 0,000015, apă până la 1 L şi [Zn(Gly L-Ser)] 0,02…0,03, care se adaugă în rate: 1/3 în prima zi şi 2/3 în a treia zi de cultivare, şi cultivarea ei în regim de acumulare în decurs de 6 zile la o iluminare de 3000…4800 lx, temperatura de 30…35°C şi pH 9,5…10,0.
