Abstract

Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, şi anume la un procedeu de obţinere a biomasei cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis şi poate fi aplicată în industria farmaceutică, medicina clinică şi experimentală.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include inocularea cianobacteriei în cantitate de 0,40…0,45 g/L într-un mediu nutritiv ce conţine, g/L: NaHCO3 - 16,8, K2HPO4 - 0,1, KNO3 - 3,75, NaCl - 1,0, K2SO4 - 3,75, CaCl2 .6H2O - 0,04, MgSO4 .7H2O - 0,7, H3BO3 - 0,00286, MnCl2 .4H2O - 0,00181, ZnSO4 .7H2O - 0,00022, CuSO4 .5H2O - 0,00008, MoO3 - 0,000015, FeSO4 .7H2O - 0,024, Fe-EDTA - 0,025, apă - până la 1 L, la care în prima zi de cultivare se adaugă compusul coordinativ [Fe2MgO(C4H3OCOO)3(CH3COO)3(H2O)(C4H8O)] în cantitate de 0,005…0,025 g/L, şi cultivarea ei în regim de acumulare în decurs de 6 zile la iluminarea de 3400…4800 lx, temperatura de 31…36°C, pH 9,5…10,0.Rezultatul constă în sporirea activităţii superoxiddismutazei în biomasa obţinută.
