Abstract

Inventia se refera la biotehnologie, in special la un procedeu de obtinere a preparatului antioxidant din biomasa cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis, utilizat in industria farmaceutica si cosmetologie. Procedeul, conform inventiei, include cultivarea biomasei cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis in reactoare de tip deschis pe un mediu de cultura Gromov cu adaugarea compusului coordinativ cu acidul tartric si imidazol [Mn(COO(CHOH)2COO)(C3N2H4)2(H2O)2]·nH2O in concentratie de 20 mg/L la temperatura de 30…35°C, separarea biomasei de mediulde cultura, distrugerea celulelor princongelare-decongelare repetata, extragerea fractiei proteice cu 0,1 M tampon fosfat de Na cu pH 7,8…8,0 cu adaugarea a 10 mM EDTA, fractionarea fractiei proteice prin precipitare izoelectricala pH 3,8…4,0, centrifugarea cu separarea ulterioara a precipitatului, concentrarea supernatantului ce contine superoxiddismutaza si ficocianina utilizand reagentul polietilenglicol Mr 40000 Da si congelarea. Rezultatul consta in obtinerea unui preparat termostabil cu activitate antioxidanta inalta.
