Abstract

Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, în special la un procedeu de extragere a ficocianinei din biomasa algei Spirulina platensis pentru utilizare în calitate de colorant cu proprietăţi antioxidante.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include: demineralizarea biomasei, suspendarea în apă distilată, dezagregarea celulelor prin congelare-decongelare în două repetiţii, extragerea suspensiei la agitare cu o soluţie alcoolică de 10…20%, ce conţine CaCl2 în concentraţie de 5…10 g/l şi separarea extractului prin centrifugare.
