Abstract

Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, în special la un procedeu de obţinere a preparatului antioxidant din biomasa cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis, utilizat în industria farmaceutică şi cosmetologie.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include cultivarea biomasei cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis în reactoare de tip deschis pe un mediu de cultură Gromov cu adăugarea compusului coordinativ cu acidul tartric şi imidazol [Mn(COO(CHOH)2COO)(C3N2H4)2(H2O)2]·nH2O în concentraţie de 20 mg/L la temperatura de 30…35°C, separarea biomasei de mediul de cultură, distrugerea celulelor prin congelare-decongelare repetată, extragerea fracţiei proteice cu 0,1 M tampon fosfat de Na cu pH 7,8…8,0 cu adăugarea a 10 mM EDTA, fracţionarea fracţiei proteice prin precipitare izoelectrică la pH 3,8…4,0, centrifugarea cu separarea ulterioară a precipitatului, concentrarea supernatantului ce conţine superoxiddismutază şi ficocianină utilizând reagentul polietilenglicol Mr 40000 Da şi congelarea.Rezultatul constă în obţinerea unui preparat termostabil cu activitate antioxidantă înaltă.
