Abstract

Invenţia se referă la ficobiotehnologie, în particular la un procedeu de cultivare a cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis şi poate fi aplicată în industria alimentară, farmaceutică şi în medicină.Procedeul de cultivare a cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis include cultivarea spirulinei timp de 6...8 zile pe un mediu Zarrouk suplimentat cu dicloro-bis(2,4,6-trimetilfenil)germaniu, care se adaugă la mediu în prima zi de cultivare în cantitate de 10...15 mg/L. Totodată, în primele 3 zile cultivarea se efectuează la o temperatură de 25°C, iar în următoarele zile - la temperatura de 30°C.
