Abstract

Inventia se refera la ficobiotehnologie, in particular la un procedeu de cultivare a cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis si poate fi aplicata in industria alimentara, farmaceutica si in medicina. Procedeul de cultivare a cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis include cultivarea spirulinei timp de 6...8 zile pe un mediu Zarrouk suplimentat cu dicloro-bis(2,4,6-trimetilfenil)germaniu, care se adauga la mediu in prima zi de cultivare in cantitate de 10...15 mg/L. Totodata, in primele 3 zile cultivarea se efectueaza la o temperatura de 25°C, iar in urmatoarele zile- la temperatura de 30°C.
