Abstract
A method for spirulina cultivation relates to biotechnology and is intended for cultivation thereof both in industrial and laboratory conditions. At preparation of nutrient medium sodium hydrocarbonate is changed by sodium hydroxide, and salts, comprising calcium, iron and magnesium salts, are preliminary chelated. This mixture is added into base solution. As carbon dioxide, assimilated by solution from air in the form of hydrocarbonate-ion, is carbon source for microalgae, than at cultivation the supply of air id carried aout as bubbling. The cultivation of spirulina by using of proposed conditions of cuktivation and medium allows the reducing the cost of nutrient medium, which results in the reducing the effective cost of cultivation.
