Abstract

Invenţia se referă la sinteza compuşilor complecşi polioxometalaţi cu activitate antitumorală.Esenţa invenţiei constă în sinteza compuşilor complecşi polioxometalaţi cu formula:[N(CH3)4]5+n[Se2W19-nV3+nO71]·mH2O, unde n = 0 sau 2, m = 12 sau 17, unde atomii de seleniu (IV) sunt centrali.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în sinteza unor compuşi complecşi polioxometalaţi cu un efect de inhibare a celulelor tumorale de 85…92% la o concentraţie de 10…100 µM.
