Abstract

The invention relates to the synthesis of polyoxometalate complex compounds possessing antitumor activity.Summary of the invention consists in the synthesis of polyoxometalate complex compounds of formula:[N(CH3)4]5+n[Se2W19-nV3+nO71]·mH2O, where n=0 or 2, m=12 or 17, where selenium atoms (IV) are central.The result of the invention consists in the synthesis of polyoxometalate complex compounds possesing 85…92% inhibiting effect of the tumor cells at a concentration of 10…100 µM.
