Abstract

Invenţia se referă la domeniul compuşilor heterociclici, care conţin azot, concret, la procedeul de obţinere a piperazinilalchil-3(2H)- piridazinonelor noi cu formula generală I:în care R1 şi R2 sunt identici sau diferiţi şi reprezintă H sau C1-C6-alchil, B reprezintă C1-C-alchilen, Z reprezintă fenil nesubstituit sau mono- sau disubstituit prin C1-C4-alchil, C1-C4-alcoxil, trifluormetil, halogen sau nitrogrupa, sau a sărurilor lor farmaceutic admisibile, care posedă afinitate la alfa1-adrenoreceptori şi care pot fi utilizate în calitate de preparate halogenice în cazul tensiunii înalte a sângelui şi al bolilor cardiace în medicină.
