Abstract

Inventia se refera la industria vinicola, in special la un procedeu de fabricare a vinului natural sec rosu. Procedeul, conform inventiei, include zdrobirea si desciorchinarea strugurilor, sulfitareamustuielii, tratarea termica la temperatura de 65…70°C in decurs de 15…20 min cu autoracire ulterioara, separarea mustului, administrarea levuriloractive uscate in cantitate de 0,1…0,3 g/dm3, fermentarea mustului, totodata in procesul fermentariimustul se separa de sedimentul de drojdii de 4…6 ori, la diminuarea continutului de zaharuri cu 20…40 g/dm3, cu administrarea repetata a levurilor active uscate in mustul limpezit dupa fiecare separare.
