Abstract

Invenţia se referă la domeniul chimiei, în particular la un procedeu de obţinere a R(+)1,2,3,6-tetrahidro-4-fenil-1-[(3-fenil-3-ciclohexen-1-il)metil]piridinei şi a compuşilor intermediari aplicaţi în neurologie şi psihiatrie.Se descrie un procedeu de obţinere a R(+)1,2,3,6-tetrahidro-4-fenil-1-[(3-fenil-3-ciclohexen-1-il)metil]piridinei prin sinteză nouă, în care acidul 5-oxo-3-fenil-3-ciclohexencarboxilic se transformă, în cinci etape, în produsul necesar, de asemenea procedeele de obţinere a acidului 5-oxo-3-fenil-3-ciclohexencarboxilic, utilizând cinconidină pentru obţinerea acidului (S) 5-oxo-3-fenil-3-ciclohexencarboxilic sau α-chemotripsinei pentru hidroliza selectivă a n-butil 5-oxo-3-fenil-3-ciclohexencarboxilatului cu obţinerea acidului (S) 5-oxo-3-fenil-3-ciclohexencarboxilic, precum şi a altor compuşi intermediari valoroşi, utilizaţi în aceste procedee.
