The invention relates to a therapeutical composition in the form of syrup, containing N-acetylcysteine, synthetic edulcorant and agglutinant, as agglutinant being used Na-carboxymethylcellulose or hydroxypropylmethylcellulose or mixes thereof with the following content of substances, calculated for 100 ml, g: N-acetylcystein 2,0...4,2 edulcorant 0,02...0,30 agglutinant 0,1...4,0 water the rest. The therapeutical composition optionally contains aromatizer and conservant, having the pH equal to 5...8.The therapeutical composition may be used in the capacity of cough syrup.Claims: 7
