Abstract

Invenţia se referă la domeniul construcţiei de maşini, în special la un dispozitiv pentru amestecarea materialului granulos cu lichid pentru purificarea gazelor de ardere prin interacţiunea deşeurilor gazoase cu materialul umectat.Dispozitivul pentru amestecarea materialului granulos cu lichid conţine un container cu o gură de încărcare, un agitator cu pulverizator de lichid situate deasupra agitatorului şi o gură de evacuare. În container este amplasată camera de fluidizare separată de partea inferioară a containerului printr-un perete perforat. Camera de fluidizare este unită cu sursa de alimentare cu aer.Rezultatul tehnic constă în mărirea gradului de fluidizare a particulelor substanţei granuloase din contul acţiunii simultane a lichidului şi aerului asupra particulelor acestei substanţe.
