Abstract

본 발명은 미립자 물질과 액체를 혼합하기 위한 장치에 관한 것으로써, 콘테이너(1), 콘테이너(1)로 미립자 물질(Pl)의 도입을 위한 입구(9), 콘테이너 내의 미립자 물질로 액체를 분무하기 위한 분무 장치(15,16), 콘테이너(1)내에 설치된 교반기(17,17',22,22'),콘테이너(1)로부터 혼합한 물질의 방출을 위한 배출구(10)로 구성되고 유동화 장치가 혼합 작동중에 콘테이너(1) 내의 미립자 물질을 유동화 하기 위해 채택되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 물과 연도 가스 정화중에 기상 오염원을 분리 가능한 먼지로 변화한기 위해 습한 상태로 이들 가스내로 도입되어지는 연도 가스의 기상 오염원에 반응하는 흡수제의 혼합을 위해, 콘테이너(1), 콘테이너(1)로의 미립자 물질의 도입(Pl)을 위한 흡입구(9), 콘테이너내의 미립자 물질에 액체를 분사하기 위한 분무 수단(15,16), 콘테이너(1)안에 배치된 교반기(17,17',22,22') 및 콘테이너(1)로부터 액체와 혼합된 미립자의 방출(P2)을 위한 배출구(10)를 포함하는 장치에 있어서, 혼합작동 중에 상기 콘테이너(1)의 상기 미립자 물질을 유동화하기 위해 유동화 장치(6,12,13,14)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자 물질과 물 혼합 장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 콘테이너(1)는 그들 사이에 챔버(12)가 형성되는 상부 바닥부(6)와 하부 바닥부(7)를 가지며, 상기 상부 바닥부(6)는 공기 투과가 가능하고, 콘테이너(1)의 미립자 물질을 유동화하기 위해 상기 챔버(12)에 공기를 공급하도록 공기 공급 수단(13,14)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자 물질과 물 혼합 장치.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 교반기(17,17',22,22')는 상기 콘테이너(1)를 따라 연장되는 적어도 한개의 회전 샤프트(17,17')로 구성되며 상기 샤프트에는 다수의 디스크(22,22')가 샤프트의 중심을 통하여 서로로부터 축방향 거리로 경사진 상태로 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자 물질과 물 혼합 장치.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 디스크는 타원형상을 가지며 원형의 축 방향 돌출부를 갖도록 상기 샤프트(17,17')에 대해 그들의 단축을 중심으로 경사져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자 물질과 물 혼합 장치.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 디스크(22,22')가 45-80°의 각도로 기울어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자 물질과 물 혼합 장치.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 디스크(22,22')가 60°의 각도로 기울어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자 물질과 물 혼합 장치.
