Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de récupération d'une suspension épaisse de batterie au lithium, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : prétraitement d'une suspension épaisse de batterie au lithium, puis soumission de la suspension épaisse de batterie au lithium prétraitée à un séchage par pulvérisation centrifuge pour séparer une phase solide et un solvant. Un dispositif pour la récupération d'une suspension épaisse de batterie au lithium constitue un système de séchage par pulvérisation centrifuge, et comprend une chambre de pulvérisation (100), un séparateur à cyclone (200), un condenseur (400), un réservoir de stockage de condensat (500), et une tour de rectification (600) ; le système améliore les dispositifs de séchage par pulvérisation centrifuge originaux, et est conçu pour combiner les procédés de séchage par pulvérisation centrifuge et de récupération de condensation nmp, de telle sorte que la nmp peut être directement récupérée après séparation du matériau d'électrode positive et de la nmp.
