Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de soudage de conducteurs électriques (28, 29) en forme de barres et une sonotrode (16) pour un tel dispositif, comprenant un espace de compression pour recevoir deux zones de raccordement (26, 27) des conducteurs (28, 29) s'étendant dans une première direction axiale (axe x) et prévues pour être reliées entre elles, l'espace de compression se limitant dans une deuxième direction axiale (axe z) sur deux côtés opposés par une surface de travail (19) d'une sonotrode (16) transmettant des vibrations ultrasoniques et une surface opposée d'une enclume et dans une troisième direction axiale (axe y) sur deux côtés opposés par une surface de délimitation d'un élément coulissant mobile dans la deuxième direction axiale (axe z) et une surface de délimitation d'un élément de délimitation, la surface de travail (19) de la sonotrode (16) présentant une configuration de surface différente de celle d'une zone de contact (30) formée par la surface de travail (19) restante dans une zone de contact spéciale (50) qui est formée en tant que zone partielle de la surface de travail (19) et permet d'appliquer des vibrations ultrasons à au moins une zone de raccordement (26,27).
