Claims (3)
- 超音波振動源から伝播される超音波エネルギが集中せしめられる1方向に延びる接合用押圧面を備えた超音波接合用ホーンであって、
前記接合用押圧面が、該接合用押圧面の幅方向の両側に前記1方向に沿って延びる突条を備えたものであることを特徴とする超音波接合用ホーン。 - 前記接合用押圧面が円周面であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の超音波接合用ホーン。
- 請求項1または請求項2記載の超音波接合用ホーンを使用する超音波溶融接合方法であって、
前記接合用押圧面で溶融層を積層してなるウェブを押圧しながら該接合用押圧面を通して前記ウェブに前記超音波エネルギを付与して超音波溶融接合を実施するときに、前記突条間において溶融し流動する前記溶融層の流動量を、前記接合用押圧面の溝部の容積に略等しくすることを特徴とする超音波溶融接合方法。
