Abstract
La invención se refiere a un dispositivo para soldar conductores eléctricos en forma de barra (28, 29) y a un sonotrodo (16) para dicho dispositivo, comprendiendo un espacio de compresión para recibir dos regiones de conexión (26, 27) de los conductores (28, 29) a conectar, dichas regiones de conexión (26, 27) que se extienden en una primera dirección axial (eje x), estando definido el espacio de compresión por una superficie de trabajo (19) de un sonotrodo (16), que transmite vibraciones ultrasónicas, y una contracara de un yunque en dos lados opuestos en una segunda dirección axial (eje z) y por una superficie límite de un elemento deslizante, que se puede desplazar en la segunda dirección axial (eje z), y una superficie límite de un elemento límite en dos lados opuestos en una tercera dirección axial (eje y). En una zona de contacto especial (50), que es una sección de la superficie de trabajo (19) del sonotrodo (16) y sirve para someter al menos una región de conexión (26, 27) a vibraciones ultrasónicas, la superficie de trabajo (19) tiene una configuración de superficie que difiere de una zona de contacto (30) formada por la superficie de trabajo restante (19).
