Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de coupe d’un article à couper se présentant, de préférence, comme un corps en forme de barre, comprenant un dispositif logement apte à recevoir fixement l’article à couper de manière telle que la partie à sectionner de l’article à couper dépasse une arête du dispositif logement, laquelle arête étant formée comme une arrête de coupe complémentaire (42), et comprenant un dispositif à lame pourvu d’une lame (24) mobile par rapport au dispositif logement et apte à déplacer une arête de coupe (25) de la lame aux fins d’exécution d’un sectionnement lors d’un mouvement de découpe contre l’arête de coupe complémentaire (42), le métal de soudure étant soumis à des ultrasons aux fins d'exécution de vibrations au cours du mouvement de coupe.
