Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition de fibre de verre haute performance, ainsi qu'une fibre de verre et un matériau composite associés. La teneur, en pourcentage en poids, de chaque composant de la composition de fibre de verre est la suivante : 57,1 à 61,9 % de sio2, 17,1 à 21 % d'al2o3, 10,1 à 14,5 % de mgo, 1,1 à 4,3 % de y2o3, moins de 6,5 %de cao, un taux inférieur ou égal à 1 % de li2o+na2o+k2o, un taux inférieur ou égal à 0,75 % de li2o, moins de 1,8 % de tio2, 0,05 à 1,2 % de fe2o3, la teneur totale combinée de chacun desdits composants étant supérieure ou égale à 98 %, et le rapport en pourcentage pondéral c1=al2o3/sio2 étant supérieur ou égal à 0,285. La composition de fibre de verre augmente significativement la résistance et le module de la fibre de verre, réduit efficacement la vitesse de cristallisation du verre, obtient une valeur de plage de formation de fibre de verre idéale (?T), est bénéfique pour améliorer l'effet d'affinage du verre à haute performance, et est particulièrement appropriée pour la production en four à cuve d'une fibre de verre haute performance.
