- LV 11014 IZGUDROJUMA FORMULA SASTĀVS KOKSNES APSTRĀDEI TĀS UGUNSIZTURĪBAS NODROŠINĀŠANAI 1. Sastāvs koksnes apstrādei tās ugunsizturības nodrošināšanai, kurš satur (i) fosfonija ceturtējo savienojumu, urinvielu un trietanolamīnu, atšķiriras ar to, ka, lai paaugstinātu sastāva stabilitāti, tas papildus satur (ii) triazina savienojumu daļēji alkilētā metilolmelamīna veidā, kurš satur no 3,5 līdz 6 hidroksilgrupām uz vienu triazina kodolu un sacietēšanas laiks ir ne mazāks par 50 min. pie 70°C temperatūras, pie kam sastāvs satur 28 masas daļas fosfonija ceturtējā savienojuma 80% ūdens šķīdumu, 3-15 masas daļas triazina, 6-12 masas daļas urīnvielas un 3-15 masas daļas trietanolamīna, bet 50%-tīga ūdens šķīduma pH ir 5,8-6,2.

Sastāvs koksnes apstrādei tās ugunsizturības nodrošināšanai pēc 1. punkta, kas atšķiras ar to, ka par ceturtējo fosfonija savienojumu izmanto indohidroksi-metilhlorīda fosfoniju ar komponentu masas daļām: fosfonija hidroksimetilhlorīds -22, trietanolamīns - 9-15, urīnviela 6-12, (ii) triazina savienojums - 6-12.
- 3. Sastāvs koksnes apstrādei pēc 1. vai 2. punkta, kas atšķiras ar to, ka triazina savienojumu izmanto ar cietināšanas laiku 40-140 min., ieteicamāk - 40-75 min.
