Claims (10)
- LV 10217 Izgudrojuma formula 1. Ekstrūzijas ceļā iegūtu plastmasas cauruļu kalibrēšanas ierīce, kura ar ieliktņa 5 iekšējās virsmas palīdzību nosaka plastmasas caurules 1 ārējo izmēru, kad caurule virzās no ekstrudera tvertnes caur ierīci atbilstoši iekšējā spiediena, kas pārsniedz spiedienu pašā ierīcē iedarbībai, ierīces sienas 5, 6 iekšējā virsma ir aprīkota ar mitrināšanas kanālu sistēmu 12 visā tās garumā atšķiras ar to, ka ierīce ir apgādāta ar atsevišķu slēgtu kanālu sistēmu 15 dzesējošai videi, kas arī plešas visā tās garumā.
- 2. Ekstrūzijas ceļā iegūtu plastmasas cauruļu kalibrēšanas ierīce, saskaņā ar 1. p. atšķiras ar to, ka ierīces sienas 5, 6 apgādātas ar atsevišķu vakuuma kanālu sistēmu 18, kura ir savienota ar sienas iekšējo virsmu visā ierīces garumā.
- 3. Ekstrūzijas ceļā iegūtu plastmasas cauruļu kalibrēšanas ierīce, saskaņā ar 1. vai 2. p. a t š ķ i r a s ar to, ka sienas ir apgādātas ar kanālu sistēmu 17, lai vakuumu, kurš atrodas ierīces ārpusē, pievadītu caurules 11 virsmai.
- 4. Ekstrūzijas ceļā iegūtu plastmasas cauruļu kalibrēšanas ierīce, saskaņā ar jebkuru no iepriekšējiem 1. - 3. p., a t š ķ i r a s ar to, ka mitrināšanas kanālu sistēma 12, kanālu sistēma 15 dzesējošai videi un vakuuma kanālu sistēma 18 ir izvietotas vītņveidīgi, kuras noslēdz ierīces perifēriju un ir garenvirziena vītnes ar vienu vai vairāksoļu galviņām.
- 5. Ekstrūzijas ceļā iegūtu plastmasas cauruļu kalibrēšanas ierīce, saskaņā ar jebkuru no iepriekšējiem 1. - 6. p., a t š ķ i r a s ar to, ka mitrināšanas kanālu sistēma 12, kanālu sistēma 15 dzesējošai videi un vakuuma kanālu sistēma 18 ir novietotas ierīces garenvirzienā un alternatīvi sadalītas gar visu ierīces perifēriju.
- 6. Ekstrūzijas ceļā iegūtu plastmasas cauruļu kalibrēšanas ierīce, saskaņā ar 3. vai 4. p., atšķiras ar to, ka virsspiediena kanāli 17 novietoti rindas veidā, kura sakrīt ar kanālu sistēmu 12,15,18 izvirzīto formu.
- 7. Ekstrūzijas ceļā iegūtu plastmasas cauruļu kalibrēšanas ierīce, saskaņā ar jebkuru no iepriekšējiem 1.-6.p., atšķiras ar to, ka mitrināšanas kanālu sistēma 12, vakuuma kanālu sistēma 18 un virspiediena kanāli 17 ir savienoti ar gropveida kanālu sistēmu 12,19,16, kura izveidota uz cilindriskās sienas iekšējās virsmas.
- 8. Ekstrūzijas ceļā iegūtu plastmasas cauruļu kalibrēšanas ierīce, saskaņā ar 4., 6. un 7. p., atšķiras ar to, ka ieliktņa iekšējā virsmā izveidotā gropveida kanālu sistēma 13, 19, 16 novietota tā, lai sakristu ar kanālu 12, 18 tecēšanas plūsmu un virsspiediena kanālu 17 rindu.
- 9. Ekstrūzijas ceļā iegūtu plastmasas cauruļu kalibrēšanas ierīce, saskaņā ar 5. un 7. p., a t š ķ i r a s ar to, ka uz ieliktņa iekšējās virsmas izgropētā kanālu sistēma ir izveidota kā riņķveida rieviņas, kuras novietotas viena pēc otras ierīces ass virzienā, pie -2- kam šīs deviņas ir savienotas ar atbilstošajiem plūsmas kanāliem 12, 18 vai virsspiediena kanālu 17 rindu.
- 10. Ekstrūzijas ceļā iegūtu plastmasas cauruļu kalibrēšanas ierīce, saskaņā ar jebkuru no 1. - 9. p., atšķiras ar to, ka plūsmas kanālu sistēma 12, 15, 18 ir izveidotas kā deviņas, kuras pārklātas ar apvalku 6 uz ieliktņa 5 ārējās virsmas.
