Abstract
헌티트 및 히드로마그네사이트의 무기물 혼합물의 입자가 스판덱스 내에 분산된 스판덱스는 점착성이 감소하고, 염소-유발 분해에 대한 내성이 증가하며, 공정 연속성이 만족스럽고, 통상적인 산 정련 공정 및 염색 공정에서 무기물 혼합물의 추출이 거의 없다. 입자는 과도한 마모에 이르지 않고 유출 스트림 내에서 환경적으로 허용가능하다.

Claims (6)
- 스판덱스의 점착성을 감소시키고 내염소성을 증가시키기 위한 유효량으로 스판덱스 내에 분산된 헌티트(huntite) 및 히드로마그네사이트의 무기물 혼합물의 입자를 포함하는 스판덱스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기물 혼합물의 입자가 스판덱스의 1.5 내지 5중량%의 농도로 존재하는 것인 스판덱스.
- 제2항에 있어서, 무기물 혼합물의 입자 농도가 스판덱스의 2 내지 4중량%인 스판덱스.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 헌티트가 헌티트 및 히드로마그네사이트의 무기물 혼합물의 35중량% 이상을 구성하는 스판덱스.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 무기물 혼합물의 헌티트가 무기물 혼합물의 95중량% 이상인 스판덱스.
- 입자가 슬러리 전체 중량의 10 내지 40%에 이르게 하고 헌티트/히드로마그네사이트 혼합물 중의 헌티트의 중량%가 최소한 35%가 되게 용매 중의 헌티트 및 히드로마그네사이트의 무기물 혼합물 입자, 및 임의로 기타 종래의 미립자 및 비미립자 첨가제의 농축 슬러리를 형성하는 단계, 농축 슬러리를 밀링하여 입자 집합체 및 응집체를 깨뜨려 중간 입도를 약 1㎛ 미만으로 감소시키는 단계, 농축 슬러리를 폴리우레탄 용액내로 충분한 양으로 혼입하여 헌티트 및 히드로마그네사이트 입자의 농도를 방사될 필라멘트의 1.5 내지 5중량%로 제공하는 단계 및 용액을 필라멘트로 건식 방사하는 단계를 포함하는, 폴리우레탄용 용매 중의 폴리우레탄 중합체의 용액으로부터 스판덱스의 건식 방사 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
