수지에 배합하여 사용하는 제라틴입자 및 아미노산입자
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 평균분자량(수평분자량)이 1,000, 3,000, 7,000, 8,500, 10,000, 13,000인 제라틴분을 건식분쇄의 분쇄방법으로 분급하면서 분쇄하여 얻은 분쇄 제라틴입자의 단위시간당 분쇄량과 평균입자경과 9㎛오버의 제라틴입자의 양을 나타낸 그래프,
제2도는 분쇄에 사용한 시판 제라틴입자의 입도분포와 건식분쇄의 방법으로 분쇄입의 입도분포와 습식분쇄방법으로 분쇄한 분쇄입의 입도분포를 나타낸 그래프.

Claims (6)

  1. 미립상에 있어, 건조분쇄의 방법으로 분쇄되며 더구나 분급되어 일정의 범위의 입경으로 구분됨과 동시에 수평균분자량이 8,500보다도 작은 범위에 속하고 있는 제라틴으로 되며 수지에 배합하여 사용할수 있는 제라틴입.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 3.0-5.5㎛의 범위내에 특정되는 1개의 수치를 평균입자경으로하는 수지에 배합하여 사용되는 제라틴입.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 9.0㎛보다 큰 경의 제라틴입이 제라틴입 전량의10wt%미만인 수지에 배합하여 사용되는 제라틴입.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 1.5㎛보다 작은경의 제라틴입이 제라틴입 전량의 10wt%미만인 수지에 배합하여 사용되는 제라틴입.
  5. 미립상으로 분쇄되어 있고, 수평분자량이 200보다 작은 범위에 속해있는 아미노산으로되어 수지 배합하여 사용되는 아미노산입.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 아미노산입이 건식분쇄 방법으로 분쇄되고 있으며 더구나 분급되는 일정의 범위의 입경으로 구분되어 있는 수지에 배합하여 사용되는 아미노산입.
