【発明の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
この発明は、人間、家畜等の動物をはじめ果樹、庭木、
盆栽等の植物体（以下「生物体」という）の表面に対す
る塗布用のクリーム状乃至は軟膏状の塗布剤に関し、更
に詳しくは上記生物体の切傷、擦傷等の治療に顕著な原
動を示す新規な塗布用剤を提供しようとするものである
。

従来の水絆創膏又は包帯液等は、生物体表面への塗布剤
として樹脂材を溶剤で溶かし、カンフル等適宜な主剤を
混合したしたものであるが、これでは塗布後の伸縮性、
付着持続性及び吸放温性が不足であり、又生物体表面へ
の拒絶反応等の問題点が指摘されていたものである。

か＼る実情に鑑み、本件発明者らは鋭意、研究、改良を
重ねた結果、基剤として熱可塑性ゴム又は熱可塑性樹脂
（例えば、スチレンブタジェン共重合ゴム、イソプレン
ゴム、天然ゴム、エチレン、酢酸ビニルゴム、酢酸ビニ
ル樹脂、アクリルゴム、ニトロセルロースなど）１００
重量部を溶剤（例えば、クロロホルム、四塩化炭素、エ
タノール、エーテル、酢酸エステル類、ベンゼン、トル
エン、アセトン等）に溶解して１０〜５０％溶液とする
。
重ねた結果、基剤として熱可塑性ゴム又は熱可塑性樹脂
（例えば、スチレンブタジェン共重合ゴム、イソプレン
ゴム、天然ゴム、エチレン、酢酸ビニルゴム、酢酸ビニ
ル樹脂、アクリルゴム、ニトロセルロースなど）１００
重量部を溶剤（例えば、クロロホルム、四塩化炭素、エ
タノール、エーテル、酢酸エステル類、ベンゼン、トル
エン、アセトン等）に溶解して１０〜５０％溶液とする
。
この基剤中に微粉末状（１００ミクロン以下）にした天
然高分子であるコラーゲン、ゼラチン若しくはキトサン
を単独で、或いはその複数種を適当量、撹拌しつ＼配合
してなる主剤を２０〜１００重置部の割合で混合してク
リーム状乃至は軟膏状とし、更に必要に応じて分散剤（
例えばラウリル硫酸ナトリウム等）或いは可塑剤（例え
ばショウノウ、グリセリンなど）を添加したものである
。

本塗布剤は、上述の如く構成したので粘性が高い上、基
剤である熱可塑性ゴム又は熱可塑性樹脂の疏水性、接着
性、伸縮性と、主剤としての天然高分子の止血作用、殺
菌作用及び吸放温性等により表皮の傷口等に対する原動
を著しく高め得るという格別の作用を奏するものである
。

次に、上記構成に係る本発明塗布剤の効果について述べ
ると、本則を例えば、人体における皮膚の切傷部分に塗
布すると、基剤中の熱可塑性ゴム又は熱可塑性樹脂の接
着性及び伸縮性によって、塗布面に対する付着性が著し
く安定する一方、天然高分子である主剤が発揮する止血
効果と内部吸収性、殺菌作用に加えて、溶削の蒸発によ
って吸放温性が高まるから、傷口等に蒸れが生じること
がなく、皮膚形成を確実に促進させるという、在来の水
絆創膏または包帯液には全く期待できなかった顕著な原
動が得られるものである。

Claims (1)
- １、熱可塑性ゴム又は熱可塑性樹脂１００重量部を溶剤
で溶解して１０〜５０％溶液とした基剤中に、該基剤を
撹拌しつゝ微粉末状のコラーゲン、ゼラチン、キトサン
の内の少なくとも一種を適量混淆してなる主剤を２０〜
１００重量部の割合で混合してクリーム状乃至は軟膏状
とした上、更に必要に応じて分散剤或いは可塑剤を添加
したことを特徴とする生物体表面への塗布剤。
