Abstract
본 발명은 10개 이상의 탄소원자를 함유하는 하나 이상의 n-알칸 연쇄를 가진 화합물을 선택적으로 가수소 이성질체화하는 방법으로서, 처리하고자 하는 화합물을, 하나 이상의 가수소-탈수소 성분 및 1차원 또는 2차원적인 소공 망상구조를 가지며 접근가능한 소고의 개구가 10개의 산소 원자에 의해 한정되고 소공 개구간의 브리지(bridge) 폭에 상응하는 거리가 0.70㎚ 이하인 하나 이상의 분자체를 포함하는 촉매와 접촉시키며, 상기 촉매는 표준 n-헵타데칸 테스트로 시험하였을 때 95%의 전환율에 있어서 이성질체화된 생성물에 대해 70%이상의 선택율을 갖는 방법에 관한 것이다.
분자체는 NU-10, NU-23, NU-87, EU-13 또는 Theta-1 제올라이트인 것이 바람직하다.

Claims (25)
10개 이상의 탄소원자를 함유하는 하나 이상의 n-알칸 연쇄를 가진 화합물을 선택적으로 가수소이성질체화하는 방법으로서, 처리하고자 하는 화합물을, 하나 이상의 가수소-탈수소 성분 및 1차원 또는 2차원적인 소공 망상구조를 가지며 접근가능한 소공의 개구가 10개의 산소 원자에 의해 한정되고 소공 개구간의 브리지(bridge)폭에 상응하는 거리가 0.70㎚ 이하인 하나 이상의 분자체를 포함하는 촉매와 접촉시키며, 상기 촉매는 표준 n-헵타데칸 테스트로 시험하였을 때 95%의 전환율에 대하여 이성질체화된 생성물에 대해 70% 이상의 선택율을 갖는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 브리지 폭이 0.50㎚ 내지 0.68㎚ 범위인 방법.
제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 브리지 폭이 0.52㎚ 내지 0.65㎚ 범위인 방법.
제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분자체가 2㎛ 이하의 소결정 크기를 갖는 방법.
제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분자체가 1㎛ 이하의 소결정 크기를 갖는 방법.
제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분자체가 0.4㎛ 이하의 소결정 크기를 갖는 방법.

제14항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 10 내지 90중량%(매트릭스와 분자체의 혼합물을 기준으로 함)의 분자체를 함유하는 방법.
제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 압력이 1 바아 내지 250 바아 범위이고, 온도는 170℃ 내지 500℃ 범위이고, 시간당 공간 속도는 0.05h-1내지 100h-1범위이며, 수소 농도는 공급원료 1리터당 수소 50리터 내지 2000 리터 범위인 방법.
제16항에 있어서, 상기 온도가 180-450℃ 범위인 방법.
제16항 또는 제17항에 있어서, 상기 압력이 10 바아 내지 200 바아 범위인 방법.
제16항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수소 농도가 공급원료 1리터당 수소 100리터 내지 1500리터 범위인 방법.
제1항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 처리하고자 하는 화합물이 N-알칸, n-알킬시클로알칸 및 하나 이상의 방향족 기를 함유하는 화합물로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 방법.
제1항 내지 제20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 처리하고자 하는 화합물이 175℃ 이상의 초기 비등점을 가진 공급원료내에 존재하는 방법.
제1항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 처리하고자 하는 화합물이 380℃ 이상의 초기 비등점을 가진 공급원료내에 존재하는 방법.
제1항 내지 제22항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 처리하고자 하는 화합물이 15 내지 50개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 n-알칸 연쇄를 포함하는 방법.
제1항 내지 제23항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 처리하고자 하는 화합물이 15 내지 40개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 n-알칸 연쇄를 포함하는 방법.
제1항 내지 제24항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 처리하고자 하는 화합물이 중간 증류생성물, 진공 잔류물, 가수소분해 잔류물, 피셔-트롭쉬 방법으로부터 유래한 파리핀, 합성된 오일, 가스유 유분, FCC로부터의 중간 증류생성물, 윤활제 원료, 및 폴리알파올레핀으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 탄화수소 공급원료내에 존재하는 방법.
