Abstract

나사(5)를 수납하는 부품수납구멍(6)을, 원주형상으로 혹은 복수열의 동심원 형상으로 복수개 보유하고, 또한 수평면으로부터 소정각도(θ)경사한 상태에서 지지되는 회전원반(4)과, 이 회전원반(4)의 외주에 따라서 이 회전원반 표면과 대략 직교하도록 배치된 둘레가이드(7)를 구비하고, 원전원반(4)을 소정각도 정회전구동하고, 계속하여 소정각도 역회전구동하는 스텝핑모우터(1)를 구비한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 실시예 l에 있어서의 부품정렬장치의 측면도, 제2도는 제1도의 부품정렬장치의 평면도, 제3도는 제1도의 부품정렬장치의 회전원반의 주요부의 평면도, 제4도는 본 발명의 실시예 2에 있어서의 부품정렬장치의 측면도, 제5도는 본 발명의 실시예 3에 있어서의 부품정렬장치의 측면도, 제6도는 본 발명의 실시예 4에 있어서의 부품정렬장치의 주요부의 측면도, 회전원반의 주요부의 평면도이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 부품을 수납하는 부품수납구멍을, 원주형상으로 혹은 복수열의 동심원 형상으로 복수개 보유하고, 또한 수평면으로부터 소정각도 경사한 상태로 지지되는 회전원반과, 상기한 회전원반의 외부에 따라서 이 회전원반 표면과 대략 직교하도록 배치된 둘레가이드를 구비한 부품 정렬장치에 있어서, 상기한 회전원반을 소정각도, 정회전구동하고, 계속해서 소정각도 역회전구동하는 구동원을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 부품정렬장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 회전원반의 부품수납구멍은, 소정의 핏치각으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품정렬장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 회전원반은 구동원에 의하여, 부품수납구멍의 핏치각의 제1의 배수의 각도, 정회전 구동되고, 상기한 핏치각의 상기한 제l배수보다 적은 제2의 배수의 각도. 역회전구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품정렬 장치.
  4. 제2항에 었어서, 회전원반은 구동원에 의하여 부품수납구멍의 핏치각의 제1의 배수의 각도 정회전 및 역회전 구동되고, 그 후 상기한 핏치각의 제2의 배수의 각도 정회전구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품정렬장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 회전원반은 구동원에 의하여, 각 부품수납구멍이, 부품을 공급하는 공급포인트에 도달하고, 위치결정될 때까지에 복수회 회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것 부품정렬장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 부품을 공급하는 공급포인트에, 위치결정된 부품 수납구멍내의 부품의 유무를 검출하는 센서를 설치하고, 상기한 센서에 의해 부품수납구멍내에 부품이 없는 것이 검출되면, 센서에 의하여 부품이 있는 것이 검출될 때까지 회전 원반은 회전구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품정렬장치.
  7. 제l항에 있어서, 회전원반을 복원력이 있는 탄성부재로 형성하고, 부품을 공급하는 공급포인트에 있어서, 상기한 회전원반을 수평으로 변형하는 부재를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 부품정렬장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 회전원반을 부품을 공급하는 공급포인트에 있어서 부품수납 구멍을 설치한 부분의 접선이 수평으로 되는 원호형상의 부재로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 부품정렬장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 회전원반의 부품수납구멍을 외주측이 절결된 절결구멍으로 형성하고, 둘레가이드의 전주에, 상기한 절결구멍에 결합한 부품을 수직으로 지지하는 가이드재를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 부품정렬장치.
