첨부 도면은 본원 발명에 의한 교환장치를 구비한 공작기계의 일실시예를 나타내며, 제 1 도는 전체 측면도. 제 2 도는 일부를 절단한 요부의 측면도. 제 3 도는 요부의 평면도.

Claims (1)

  1. 베드의 위쪽에 지지된 인덱스장치본체와, 이 인덱스장치본체에 전후방향 수평축을 통하여 축지지됨과 동시에 회전구동되어 반경방향 외측부에 부착 및 분리할 수 있도록 걸어맞추어 지지한 복수의 갱헤드를 위쪽위치와 아래쪽 위치에 분할하는 선회체와, 상기 인덱스장치본체의 아래쪽에서 상기 베드 위에 전후방향을 왕복운동이 가능하도록 안내지지되며 상기 아래쪽 위치에 분할된 갱헤드를 앞끝에 장착하여 공작물을 가공하는 구동유닛을 갖추어 이루어진 갱헤드 변환장치를 구비한 공작기계에 있어서, 상기 위쪽위치의 뒤위쪽에 설치되어 연직축에 의하여 축지됨과 동시에 회전 구동되어 반경방향 외측부에 부착 및 분리할 수 있도록 걸어맞춘 복수의 갱헤드를 앞쪽위치에 분할하는 회전체를 가진 매거진과, 상기 선회체와 회전체에 걸어맞추어지는 갱헤드를 상기 위쪽위치와 앞쪽위치의 사이에서 교한하는 이재(移幟)장치를 갖추고, 이재장치는 좌우방향 수평축에 의하여 축지되며 앞끝에 지지부재를 가진 회전대와, 이 회전대를 왕복 회전운동하여 상기 지지부재를 상기 위쪽위치와 앞쪽위치에 위치결정하는 구동기구와, 상기 지지부재에 설치되어 상기 위쪽위치와 앞쪽위치에 위치결정된 상태에 있어서 이 각 위치에 분할되는 갱헤드의 걸어맞춤부재와 걸어맞추어서 이 갱헤드를 지지하는 안내지지체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 갱헤드 교환장치를 구비한 공작기계.
