Abstract
공작기계를 위한 공구 교환기. 공구(13)의 플랜지(31)에 횡으로 움직여서 적용되는 다수의 그리퍼 핸드(29′)를 포함하는 공구 교환기. 그리퍼 핸드는 연결링크 가이드(49)에 의해서 풀리는 잠금장치(39)가 장치되고, 그것은 그리퍼 핸드가 툴홀딩픽스츄어(12)에 있을 때이다. 그 잠금장치(39)는 그리퍼 핸드에서 플랜지(31)가 빠져나가는 것을 방지하는 잠금장치(48)을 지지한다. 렌치(51)에 의해서, 공구(13)의 샤프트(30)는 툴홀딩픽스츄어(12)내에서 잠기고 풀린다. 구동장치에 의해서 그리퍼 핸드(29′)를 운반하는 홀더는 툴홀딩픽스츄어(12)의 축에 횡단하여 이동가능한 부럭에 관련하여 움직일 수 있어서 렌치(51)가 잠금나사(35)와 결합상태에 있는 동안에 툴홀딩픽스츄어(12)의 축에 평행하게 움직일 수 있도록 한다. 그러므로 렌치(51)와 잠금나사(35)를 풀를 필요없이 완전한 공구 교환을 수행할 수 있다. 결과로서 공구교환 작업이 그러한 단순 제어로 속도를 낼 수 있게 된다.

Claims (9)
- 공구(13)의 플랜지(31)와 맞물리는 다수의 그리퍼 핸드(29)를 갖는 최소한 한개의 회전 홀더(23)와 그리퍼핸드(29′)가 툴홀딩픽스츄어(12)의 앞에 위치하여 정열위치와 회귀위치간에 홀더를 움직이는 제1작동장치와, 툴홀딩픽스츄어(12)의 축과 평행하게 홀더(23)를 움직이는 제2작동장치를 포함하고, 홀더(23)를 운반하는 부럭(17)이 툴홀딩픽스츄어 (12)쪽으로 돌출하고 회전시킬 수 있는 렌치(51)를 유지하고 동렌치는 홀더(23)를 정열위치로 움직이는 경우에 공구(13)를 위한 툴홀딩픽스츄어(12)에 있는 잠금나사(35)에 맞닿고, 잠금나사(35)를 돌리기 위한 결합장치(53)를 갖으며, 홀더(23)는 구동장치(24)에 의해서 부럭(17)과 연관하여 그리고 툴홀딩픽스츄어(12)의 축과 평행하여 움직일 수 있고, 그 동작중에는 렌치(51)가 잠금나사(35)와 결합한대로 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 툴홀딩픽스츄어(12)를 갖는 공작기계를 위한 공구 교환기.
- 렌치(51)가 스프링(55)에 의해 축방향으로 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항에 의한 공구교환기.
- 홀더(23)는 다수의 그리퍼 핸드(29)가 고정된 회전 휠로되고 그 휠이 축이 툴홀딩픽스츄어(12)의 높이와 동일하게 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 의한 공구 교환기.
- 홀더(23)가 프레임(19)에 장치되어 부럭(17)에서 직선안내장치에 의해서 그리고 툴홀딩픽스츄어(12)의 축에 평행하게 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항 내지 제3항중의 하나에 의한 공구 교환기.
- 부럭(17)이 베이스(15) 위에서 툴홀딩픽스츄어(12) 방향을 횡단하는 방향으로 직선안내(16) 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 하나에 의한 공구 교환기.
- 툴홀더(23)가 고정프레임(19)에 회전가능토록 지지되고 부럭(17)상에서 움직일 수 있는 평행안내봉(20,21)을 포함하며, 프레임(19)은 홀더(23)를 회전시키는 샤프트(26)를 구동하는 구동장치(24a)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항 내지 제5항중의 하나에 의한 공구 교환기.
- 샤프트(26)가 중공 안내봉(21)을 통과하여 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제6항에 의한 공구 교환기.
- 그리퍼 핸드(29)가 공구의 플랜지(31)를 걸머잡는 잠금장치(48)를 하나이상 갖는 잠금장치(39)를 툴홀딩픽스츄어(12)를 피해서 지지하고, 연결링크 안내가 플랜지(31)의 축방향범위 밖으로 잠금장치(48)를 누르기 위해 공작기계(10)에 장치되고, 그리퍼 핸드(29′)가 공구(13)의 플랜지(31)의 2분지 1을 밀착하여 에워싸고 잠금장치(48)가 그 플랜지의 주위의 다른 반쪽을 맞물기 위하여 플랜지(31)를 에워싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기한 청구범위 중의 하나에 의한 공구 교환기.
- 잠금장치(39)가 공구(13)의 횡방향통과를 위한 요홈을 갖는 판(40)과, 양다리(45)에 잠금장치(48)와 유연성있는 누름장치(42)에 의해서 그리퍼 핸드(29)의 밖쪽으로 눌리는 판(40)을 갖는 청구범위 제8항에 의한 공구 교환기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
