Abstract
본 발명에 따른 회로 장치는 적어도 2개의 콘택트 러그를 가지는 평면 캐리어를 포함하고, 상기 평면 캐리어상에 반도체 칩이 배열되어 상기 캐리어의 절연된 콘택트 러그에 전기적으로 접속되고, 상기 적어도 2개의 콘택트 러그는 상기 반도체 칩을 코일의 2개 단부에 접속하기 위해 사용되며, 이런 2개의 콘택트 러그는 서로 다른 길이를 가지고 있어서 상기 코일 단부는 상기 코일 권선과 교차하지 않는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 콘택트 영역과 콘택트 러그의 구조를 도시하는 평면 캐리어의 하부도 및 상부도를 도시하는데, 상부도는 점선으로 도시됨, 제2도는 포트(pot)형 반도체 칩과 코일 권선을 가지는 제1도의 평면 캐리어의 단면도, 제3도는 리드 프레임 기술을 사용하고 합성 수지로 포팅되는 회로 장치의 측면도.
Claims (11)
- 적어도 2개의 콘택트 러그를 가지는 평면 캐리어를 포함하고, 상기 평면 캐리어 상에 반도체 칩이 배열되어 상기 캐리어의 절연된 콘택트 러그에 전기적으로 접속되고, 상기 적어도 2개의 콘택트 러그는 상기 반도체 칩을 코일의 2개 단부에 접속하기 위해 사용되며, 이런 2개의 콘택트 러그는 서로 다른 길이를 가지고 있어서 상기 코일 단부는 상기 코일 권선과 교차하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 평면 캐리어는 리드 프레임인 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 평면 캐리어는 도전층으로 제공되는 가요성의 비도전시트이고, 상기 콘택트 러그는 상기 도전층으로부터 에칭된 구조에 의해 형성되며, 상기 반도체 칩과 상기 코일 단부는 상기 시트내의 리세스를 통해 상기 시트에 마주보는 상기 도전층의 측면에 대해 콘택트 표면을 형성하는 영역에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 콘택트 러그의 단부는 대규모 면적 콘택트 영역을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 특허 청구 범위 제3항을 다시 참조하는 한 상기 코일 단부와의 콘택트를 형성하기 위한 상기 콘택트 영역은 이들이 적어도 코일 단부의 이송 방향에서 시트 가장자리를 가지지 않도록 상기 시트에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반도체 칩과 상기 콘택트 러그에 대한 접속부는 보호 플라스틱 화합물에 의해 둘러싸이는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 상기 코일은 수직 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 반도체 칩은 상기 코일의 코터에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 2개의 콘택트 러그는 서로 평행하게 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 2개의 콘택트 러그는 서로 수직으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 2개의 콘택트 러그는 상기 반도체 칩의 반대쪽에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
