Abstract

본 발명은 폐수처리장치의 채널(3)을 흐르는 액체로부터 여과되고 남은 여과잔재물을 제거하기 위한 장치이다. 이 장치가 액체내에 부분적으로 잠기고 서로 일정한 간격 유지하는 다수의 반원통형 격자봉(10)으로 형성되는 무동력원통형격자면(8), 격자면(8)으로 구성된다, 또한 이 장치는 격자면(8)의 축선(2)을 중심으로 하여 회전하며 실린더의 내측으로부터 외측으로 격자봉(10) 사이로 연장된 제거부재(15)를 갖는 제거빔(12)으로 구성된다. 잔재물을 운반하기 위한 운반장치(17)가 격자면(8)에 대하여 배치되고 채널(3) 내의 액체에서 외부로 안내하도록 제공되며, 이 장치는 잔재물이 진입하는 개방부(23)를 갖는다. 격자면(8)의 무동력 반원통형 격자봉(10)이 이들의 볼록면이 채널(3)내 액체의 유동방향(5)으로 향하도록 배치되어 잔재물이 격자면(8)의 외측부에 퇴적되게 한다, 제거빔(12)의 제거부재(15)가 실린더의 내측으로부터 격자봉(10) 사이의 슬로트(11)를 통하여 화살표(29)를 따른 액체유동방향에 반대방향으로 격자봉(10) 사이의 외측으로 연장된다. 반원통형 격자봉(10)으로 덮히지 않은 실린더의 부분이 개방되어 있다. 운반장치(17)가 그 축선(18)이 채널(3)의 저면에 대하여 하향경사지게 배치된다,

Claims (10)

  1. 폐수처리장치의 채널(3)을 흐르는 액체로부터 여과되고 남은 여과잔재물을 제거하기 위한 장치로서 이 장치가 액체내에 부분적으로 잠기고 서로 일정한 간격 유지하는 다수의 반원통형 격자봉(10)으로 형성되는 무동력원통형격자면(8), 격자면(8) 격자면(8)의 축선(2)을 중심으로 하여 회전하며 실린더의 내측으로부터 외측으로 격자봉(10) 사이로 연장된 제거부재(15)를 갖는 제거빔(12)과, 잔재물을 운반하기 위하여 격자면(8)에 대하여 배치되고 채널(3) 내의 액체에서 외부로 안내하며 잔재물이 진입하는 개방부(23)를 갖는 운반장치(17)로 구성되는 채널유동액체의 여과잔재물제거장치에 있어서 격자면(8)의 무동력 반원통형 격자봉(10)이 이들의 볼록면이 채널(3)내 액체의 유동방향(5)으로 향하도록 배치되어 잔재물이 격자면(8)의 외측부에 퇴적되게 하고, 제거빔(12)의 제거부재(15)가 실린더의 내측으로부터 격자봉(10) 사이의 슬로트(11)를 통하여 화살표(29)를 따른 액체유동방향에 반대방향으로 격자봉(10) 사이의 외측으로 연장되며, 반원통형 격자봉(10)으로 덮히지 않은 실린더의 부분이 개방되어 있고, 운반장치(17)가 그 축선(18)이 채널(3)의 저면에 대하여 하향경사지게 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 채널유동액체 여과잔재물제거 장치.,
  2. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 반원통형 격자봉(10)과 운반장치(17)의 하우징(22)의 개방부(23) 사이에 연결벽(38)이 형성되어 있으며, 원통형 격자면(8)의 축선(2)과 운반장치(17)의 축선(18)이 채널(3)에 대하여 상이한 각도로 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 청구범위 1 또는 2항에 있어서, 운반장치(17)의 하우징(22)의 개방부(23)의 축방향 길이를 따라서 통공(24)들이 분포되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 간격유진편(31)을 이용하여 격자면(8)의 반원형격자봉(10)이 축(32)에 일정한 간격을 두고 교화가능하게 착설고정됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 청구범위 4항에 있어서, 격자봉(10) 시이의 스로트(11)의 폭을 변화시키기 위하여 상이한 높이의 간격유지편(31)이 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 운반장치(17)의 하우징(22)의 개방부(23)의 적어도 축방향길이로 연장된 체 또는 슬로트형 형태로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 연결벽(38)이 폐쇄평면을 가지고 유동방향(5)에 평행하게 채널(3)내에 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 제거부재(15)를 갖는 제거빔(12)이 간단히 교환되거나 완성될 수 있는 요소(34,35,36)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 운반장치(17)가 잔재물을 가압하기 위한 가압영역(25)으로 구성되고 가압영역(25)이 슈우트(26)의 상류측에 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  10. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 제거빔(12)과 운반장치(17)에 각각의 독립형구동장치(14,21)가 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
