Abstract

Claims (9)
- 수성상이 (a)무전분 다당류 마이크로겔의 분산상, 및(b)생중합체 용액으로 이루어진 연속상을 포함하는 것이 특징인, 수성상 및 오일상으로 액상 소스, 수프 및 그레이비 생성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무전분 다당류 마이크로겔이 알기네이트 또는 임의의 식용유도체; 한천; 칼슘 펙틴; 이오타 카라기난; 카파 카라기난; 겔란; 퍼셀러란; 및 그의 혼합물로부터 선택된 겔화제로부터 제조된 것인 액상 소스, 수프 및 그레이비 생성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 연속상 중의 생중합체가 젤라틴; 카라기난; 한천; 펙틴; 알기네이트; 가용화된 전분; 전분 가수분해 생성물; 산출 검, 예를 들어 아라비아 검, 카라야, 트라가칸트; 갈락토만나스, 예로 구아 검 및 로거스트 빈검; 세균성 엑소폴리사카라이드, 예를 들어 크산탄 및 겔란; 및 그의 혼합물로부터 선택된 액상 소스, 수프 또는 그레이비 생성물.
- 제1항 내제 제3항 중 어는 한 항에 있어서, 연속상 중의 생중합체가 젤라틴, 카라기난, 한천, 펙틴, 알기네이트 및 그의 혼합물로부터 선택된 액상 소스, 수프 또는 그레이비 생성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수성상이 (a)수성상 무전분 다당류 마이크로겔 50 내지 80중량%, 및 (b)수성상의 연속상 생중합체 0.3 내지 15중량%로 이루어지는 액상 소스, 수프 또는 그레이비 생성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 오일상이 식용 오일; 유탁액, 예를 들어 크림, 버터, 황색 지방 스프레드; 또는 그의 혼합물로 이루어지는 액상 소스, 수프 또는 그레이비 생성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 생성물이 오일상 생성물을 총 0.6 내지 25중량% 함유하는 액상 소스, 수프 또는 그레이비 생성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 생성물이 오일상 생성물을 총 3 내지 20중량% 함유하는 액상 소스, 수프 또는 그레이비 생성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 생성물이 오일상 생성물을 총 5 내지 15중량% 함유하는 액상 소스, 수프 및 그레이비 생성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
