Abstract

본 발명은 회로기판에 설치된 전자소자를 차폐 및/또는 냉각하는 장치에 관한 것이다. 이 장치는 아래로 연장한 측가장자리를 지닌 평면 차폐 후드를 포함하고, 이 측가장자리는 후드의 주변 주위에 연장하여 소자를 포위하며, 냉각소자는 이의 상측에 배설된 냉각핀 및 평면의 하측을 지닌다. 상기 장치에 따라 회로기판(2)의 표면에 설치된 후크수단(6)형의 패스너수단(5)과 냉각소자(4)에 설치되어 후크수단과 탄성 또는 스프링 맞물림을 하게 하는 홀더수단(7)을 포함하고; 후드(3)는 소자(1)과 일치하게 되어 있고, 소자를 차폐하기를 원할 때 사익 소자에 위치하고; 냉각소자(4)가 소자(1)와 일치하고 이 소자를 냉각하기를 원할 때 소자에 위치하거나 응용을 원할 때 소자(1) 상의 후드(3)에 위치하고; 패스너수단(5)은 냉각소자(4)를 탄성적으로 스크링 후드(3) 또는 소자(1)에 누르게 한다.

회로기판에 설치된 전자소자를 차폐 및/또는 냉각시키는 장치(AN ARRANGEMENT FOR SHIELDING AND/OR COOLING ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS MOUNTED ON A CIRCUIT BOARD)

제3도 및 제4도는 차폐만할때 및 냉각만할때 장치의 각각의 사시도.

Claims (7)

  1. 회로기판에 설치된 전자소자를 차폐 및/또는 냉각하는 장치에서, 이 장치는 아래로 연장한 측가장자리를 지닌 평면 차폐 후드를 포함하고, 이 측가장자리는 후드의 주변 주위에 연장하여 소자를 포위하며, 냉각소자는 이의 상측에 배설된 냉각핀 및 평면의 하측을 지닌 것에 있어서, 상기 장치에 따라 회로기판(2)의 표면에 설치된 후크수단(6)형의 패스너수단(5)과 냉각소자(4)에 설치되어 후크수단과 탄성 또는 스프링 맞물림을 하게 하는 홀더수단(7)을 포함하고; 후드(3)는 소자(1)와 일치하게 되어 있고, 소자를 차폐하기를 원할 때 상기 소자에 위치하고; 냉각소자(4)가 소자(1)과 일치하고 이 소자를 냉각하기를 원할 때 소자에 위치하거나 응용을 원할 때 소자(1) 상의 후드(3)에 위치하고; 패스너수단(5)은 냉각소자(4)를 탄성적으로 스크링 후드(3) 또는 소자(1)에 누르게된 것을 특징으로 하는 회로기판에 설치된 전자소자를 차폐 하고 또는 냉각시키는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 차폐후드(3)는 앓은 중앙부(32)를 지닌 매우 단단한 플레임으로 구성되어 있고 이 중앙부는 소자(1)와 일치하고 다이어포럼을 지니고, 이 다이어포럼은 나머지 후드에 대해 이동가능하여서, 소자의 냉각소자 각각과 접촉하여 소자와 냉각소자(4) 사이에 양호한 열전달을 하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로기판에 설치된 전자소자를 차폐 하고 또는 냉각시키는 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 냉각소자(4)의 하측에는 후드(3)의 중앙부(32)에 해당하는 바깥쪽으로 돌출한 부분(42)이 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 회로기판에 설치된 전자소자를 차폐 하고 또는 냉각시키는 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 차폐후드(3)에는 회로기판92)에 설치된 후드수단(6)이 개구부를 통해 연장하도록 된 관통 투과 개구부(34)의 일정한 패턴이 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 회로기판에 설치된 전자소자를 차폐 하고 또는 냉각시키는 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 차폐후드93)는 다수의 소자(1)에 위치해 있고; 냉각소자(4)는 냉각을 요하는 열을 전달하는 소자(1)에 위치해 있고; 각각의 냉각소자(4)를 차폐후드(3)의 누르는 패스너수단(5)이 각각의 열방출소자에 제공되어 있고, 각각의 냉각소자(4)는 차폐후두의 개구부(34)를 통해 연장된 훅수단(6)과 맞물리는 홀더수단(7)에 의해 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로기판에 설치된 전자소자를 차폐 하고 또는 냉각시키는 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 홀더수단(7)은 냉각소자(4)에 제공된 홈에 클램프되거나 냉각소자의 냉각핀(41) 사이에 클램프 하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 회로기판에 설치된 전자소자를 차폐 하고 또는 냉각시키는 장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 패스너 수단(5)은 냉각소자(4)의 각각의 모퉁이에 위치한 것을 특징으로 하는 회로기판에 설치된 전자소자를 차폐 하고 또는 냉각시키는 장치.
