Abstract
본 발명은 점착부여된 비-열가소성 탄화수소 엘라스토머로부터 발포된 비-열경화성 압감 접착제를 제조하기 위한 무용제 핫멜트 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법은 일련의 교대하는 운반 및 가공 영역을 구비한 연속적인 배합 장치(20)를 사용한다. 가공 영역은 그 내부에서 재료들을 혼련 및 혼합시킨다. 고분자량의 비-열가소성 엘라스토머는 본 발명의 방법에 의해 용이하게 접착제로 배합될 수 있다.

Claims (10)
- (a) 일련의 교대하는 운반 영역 및 혼련과 혼합을 실시할 수 있는 가공 영역을 구비하는 연속적인 배합 장치에 비-열가소성 탄화수소 엘라스토머를 공급하는 단계; (b) 상기 연속적인 배합 장치에 화학 발포제를 공급하고 그 발포제를 비-열가소성 엘라스토머내로 혼합시키는 단계; (c) 상기 비-열가소성 엘라스토머 및 발포제를 상기 발포제의 분해 온도 이하의 온도로 유지시키는 단계; (d) 상기 비-열가소성 엘라스토머 및 발포제의 혼합물을 연속적인 배합 장치로부터 배출시키는 단계; 및 (e) 상기 배출된 혼합물을 상기 발포제의 분해 온도 이상의 온도로 가열하고 그 혼합물로부터 가스를 방출시켜서 비-열가소성 엘라스토머 내부에 셀구조를 형성시키고 발포된 압감 접착제를 형성시키는 단계를 포함하여, 비-열가소성 탄화수소 엘라스토머로부터 발포된 비-열경화성 압감 접착제를 제조하는 무용제 핫멜트 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계(e) 이후에 엘라스토머를 가교시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
