Abstract
COMPOSIÇçO ELASTOMÉRICA, PROCESSO PARA FORMAR UMA FOLHA ELASTOMÉRICA, FOLHA ELASTOMÉRICA, ESPUMA E ARTIGO. Uma composição compreendendo: (a) um material de alta resistência de fundido, compreendendo um primeiro polímero selecionado do grupo consistindo de um polímero de etileno/cL-olefina elastomérico e um polímero de polipropileno, e (b) um material de alto fluxo, compreendendo um segundo polímero selecionado do grupo consistindo de um polímero de etileno/<244>-olefina elastomérico e um polimero de polipropileno. O material de alta resistência de fundido tem uma viscosidade complexa dinâmica maior que, ou igual a, 175.000 Poise (17.500 Pa.s>, medida usando reometria de placas paralelas a 1 radiano por segundo e 190°C, e o material de alto fluxo tem uma razão, <sym>/tg d, menor que 2500, onde <sym> é a viscosidade complexa dinâmica e tg d é a tangente de delta, ambas medidas a 1 radiano por segundo a 190°C. A composição exibe estrangulamento mínimo quando extrudada em altas velocidades e é particularmente útil para produzir folhas via extrusão de alta velocidade.
