Abstract

〔목적〕 패핏, 로커아암 등의 엔진부품이나 베어링 등을 비롯한 내마모성이 요구되는 복수의 슬라이딩면을 가진 슬라이딩부품을 제공한다.
〔구성〕 본체(3)가 강철제이고, 그 슬라이딩면 중, 적어도 1개소의 슬라이딩면(1)을 형성하는 부재A 예를들면 Si3N4가, 상기본체(3)에 가열접합되어 있는 슬라이딩부품이다. 그 제조법은 강철제의 본체는 침탄(浸炭)처리가 실시되고, 또한, 담금질처리를한 후에 슬라이딩면을 형성하는 부재 A를 가열접합하는 방법이다.
〔효과〕 제조가 용이하고 저코스트화가 가능하다.

제3도는 슬라이딩부재를 강철제 본체에 접합하는 방법의 설명도.

Claims (13)

  1. 본체가 강철제이고, 그 슬라이딩면 중에서, 적어도 1개소의 슬라이딩면을 형성하는 부재가, 상기 본체에 가열접합되어 있는 슬라이딩부품으로서, 강철제의 본체는 가열접헙전에 가열경화처리된 것임을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩부품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 가열접합전의 강철제본체의 경도가 HRC로 50이상으로 가열경화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩부품.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가열접합후의 강철제 본체의 경도가 HRC로 45이상으로 경화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩부품.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 접합면적이 슬라이딩면을 형성하는 부재와 강철본체와의 계면의 면적의 50% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩부품.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 본체에 가열접합되어 슬라이딩면을 형성하는 부재가 질화규소계 세라믹스로 이루어지고, 그 실온에서의 강도 및 샤르피 충격치가, 각각 130㎏/㎟이상, 15kJ/㎟이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩부품.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 슬라이딩면을 형성하는 부재와 강철본체가 A1 또는 A1합급 경랍재에 의해 접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩부품.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 가열경화처리한 강철제의 슬라이딩부품본체와 슬라이딩면을 형성하는 부재와의 가열접함을, 강철제본체를 가열경화처리한 온도보다 저온으로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩부품의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 가열접합시의 접합부의 온도가 강철제 본체의 온도보다 고온인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩부품의 제조방법.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 슬라이딩면을 형성하는 부재와 강철본체를 A1 또는 A1합급 경랍땜접합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩부품의 제조방법.
  10. 제7항 내지 제9항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가열에 방전플라즈마가열법을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩부품의 제조방법.
  11. 제7항 내지 제9항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가열에 통전가열법을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩부품의 제조방법.
  12. 제7항 내지 제9항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가열에 고주파가열법을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩부품의 제조방법.
  13. 제7항 내지 제9항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가열에 레이저가열법을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩부품의 제조방법.
